Curmudgeon Gamer
Curmudgeoning all games equally.
21 December 2006
Target had a PlayStation 3 (60GB) model in stock today when I was there. I have about 85% of the money saved already to purchase one. My wife, standing there with me, even said "go ahead, get it."

But after Every Extend Extra I vowed to make no more purchases until the new year. So I turned my back and walked away.

You wouldn't want to be another in the long list of beta-testers anyway... ;)

Besides, waiting gets a more reliable machine (worked for my XBox 360)

If you keep avoiding Sony hardware, you might end up losing your curmudgeon tag. I'm pretty sure that's what drove you to the edge.

Good for you. Spend that money on something better (a long list at this point), and wait for that price to come down before buying!

My elation in seeing someone talk about a video game related "price" without "point" is tempered only by the fact that my mind tried to silently insert "point" into your phrase.
